READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE REALTYDAO PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
1. TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in and use of the RealtyDAO platform, including any related services, features, content, and applications. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. THE PROJECT
RealtyDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization focused on the acquisition, management, and monetization of premium digital assets (domains) and real estate properties through blockchain technology. The project leverages the rDAO token for governance, staking, and transactional purposes within its ecosystem.
3. RDAO STRUCTURE
RealtyDAO operates as a decentralized organization with governance facilitated through rDAO token holders. The organizational structure includes smart contracts deployed on the Binance Smart Chain, governance voting mechanisms, and a contributor-based operational model.
4. TOKEN DISTRIBUTION
The rDAO token distribution is structured to support long-term sustainability of the project. Tokens are allocated across development, community rewards, liquidity provisions, team allocations with vesting schedules, and ecosystem growth funds. 5. RISKS
Participation in RealtyDAO and the purchase of rDAO tokens involves significant risks including but not limited to: market volatility, regulatory uncertainty, technology risks, liquidity risks, and the potential for total loss of investment. You should carefully consider whether participation is suitable for you in light of your financial condition.
6. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in token sales or decentralized platforms is prohibited or restricted by law.
7. FINANCIAL REGULATION
rDAO tokens are not intended to constitute securities in any jurisdiction. RealtyDAO does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or any other financial instruments.
8. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealtyDAO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or participation in the project.
9. SECURITY
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and any credentials used to access the platform. RealtyDAO is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account or wallet due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
10. PRIVACY
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. TAXES
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your participation in RealtyDAO, including but not limited to the purchase, sale, or exchange of rDAO tokens. RealtyDAO does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, content, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to RealtyDAO. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written consent.
13. NOTICES
All notices and communications from RealtyDAO will be delivered through the platform, official email channels, or official social media accounts. You are responsible for regularly checking these channels for updates to these Terms or other important announcements.
14. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RealtyDAO regarding the use of the platform. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. RealtyDAO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
